Indian car rental company Kalaar has partnered with Dollar Car Rental to offer customers a way to return their old cars to them.

 The company has partnered up with Dollar to provide a refundable deposit of 50% of the vehicle price to any Indian customer who chooses to return an old car to it.

The service, which is currently available in several Indian cities, is part of the company’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.

Kalaar said that the new Dollar Car rental service, in collaboration with Dollar, aims to be a great option for people who are unable to pay their monthly rent and want to return a car.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Dollar and to bring this great feature to our customers.

We are also thrilled to have our partners like Dollar to offer our customers a safe and easy way to re-rent their old vehicles for a very reasonable fee,” said Manoj Mishra, co-founder and chief executive officer, Kalaari.

Kalaari has more than 2 million customers and serves more than 50 cities in the country.

It is one of the most popular Indian car rentals service and currently operates in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

While the new service is limited to Delhi and Kolkatas, it has been rolled out to other cities like Bengaluru and Ahmedbazar.

Dollar Car R.C.A. offers a 24/7 auto repair service, and a number of its cars are available to rent from the company, which charges a nominal rate of $150.

Its cars can be found on the Kalaara website, and it also offers auto-surgery, car maintenance and repairs to spare parts.
