A Malibu Car that lost control and crashed into a highway median in California last week has been found dead, authorities said.
Malibu police on Wednesday identified the car as a 2003 Honda Accord.
It’s not known how long the car had been in storage.
The car was driving northbound on Interstate 5 when it struck a median in the median at about 2:30 p.m.
Monday, police said.
The sedan rolled over and struck the median, police Officer Matthew Leblanc told The Associated Press.
The driver of the car was unhurt.
Police did not release the names of the driver or passengers.
The car’s driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
The Honda Accord’s passenger was not hurt.
